Our quality system is designed to meet the requirements of our customers and ISO 9001-2000. The quality system is documented in a Quality Manual, Procedures and Work Instructions.
The management team at Metal-Tech Mfg. plans, documents and maintains the quality system, including the Quality Manual. The manual covers each element of the ISO 9001-2000 standard, and refers to supporting procedures and work instructions. Procedures are written in compliance with the ISO 9001-2000 requirements. The management team is responsible for implementing the quality system and its procedures, and verifies that these procedures are adhered to by all employees throughout the manufacturing process.
